Frequently asked questions

No, you don't have to be a courier or use the scooter only for work. You can also rent it for private use.

Most vehicles are rented without a deposit, but for some vehicles, a deposit is required. Depending on the type of vehicle, the deposit ranges from 0 to 500 PLN.

Currently, all vehicles are rented with two batteries.

While using the motor assist, you can reach a maximum speed of up to 25 km/h. Once this speed is exceeded, the motor stops assisting, and the bike functions like a traditional pedal-powered vehicle.

All our scooters can reach a speed of 45 km/h. 

A driver's license for a scooter is required, but only in certain cases. Drivers who already have a car’s driver's license do not need one. The scooter license, category AM, was introduced only in 2013. People who were 18 years old before that year do not need a scooter license, meaning those born before January 19, 1995, do not need a license. In all other cases, a minimum AM category scooter license is required.

The first month's payment can be made upon delivery of the vehicle. For subsequent months, payments can be made by bank transfer or BLIK.

Always lock the bike frame to something permanently attached to the ground, always lock the battery on the bike and do not leave the battery in the bike overnight.
